Our mission is to encourage, equip, and empower leaders to fulfill their calling in ministry. We do this by fostering spiritual growth, strengthening theological foundations, and honing practical leadership skills for effective service in the church and beyond.
At the Abundant Life Ministry Leadership Residency, we are committed to seeing lives transformed, communities impacted, and the kingdom of God advanced through the faithful ministry of our residents.
Through theological training, practical ministry experiences, and intentional discipleship, residents will be prepared to make a lasting impact on the kingdom of God wherever they are called to serve. We have 10 goals for equipping ministry leadership residents:
Training Environments: Residents will participate in Abundant Life Leadership Institute, leadership learning communities, and ministry-specific activities
Weekly Activities: Residents can expect to engage in scheduled teaching components, campus activities, and ministry training.
Experiences: Residents will gain experience in diverse ministry environments, observe and lead in local discipleship environments, and be exposed to ministry care and other activities.
The Ministry Leadership residency is a one-year program that starts in August 2025. After you complete your residency, we will launch you out to pursue your calling.

Ministry Residencies are offered through: Children's, Fusion Students, Paradigm Young Adults, and Worship
Applicants should be 18 years and older. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Applicants must have a strong sense of calling to vocational ministry, be actively involved in ministry, and meet the program's specific requirements.
The residency is a 12-month process starting in August of the year you apply.
You will get paid a monthly stipend and will have the option to raise a monthly support goal. Abundant Life Church contribution amounts may vary from resident to resident and may change from year to year.
You can start raising support after you are accepted into the program. We will provide training to assist you
Yes. We have found it beneficial to have in-person experience and hands-on training.
The residency program is part-time. Weekly hours and residency schedule will be individualized.
