We should be prepared to be persecuted for our faith as Christians, and persecution should be seen as the expectation, not the exception. When you suffer, make sure it's for doing what is right and not for what is wrong. It's in the fires of persecution where our faith and the Church are refined. We can find rest in the midst of the chaos when we focus on the cross.
