STEP ONE: Add your event to the Master Calendar in eSpace.

Whether your event is Internal, External, or Virtual, begin with the eSpace Master Calendar form. This request form is for SPACES, PLACES, PRODUCTION, WORSHIP, and SECURITY. Once your event is approved in eSpace and made PUBLIC, it will be published on the website.

Don't forget STEP TWO! Request MarCom resources in the Project Hub.

Please Note: There is a 6-week lead window for event entry. Plan accordingly.
