The Abundant Life Leadership Institute (ALLI) is a transformative course designed to equip and empower individuals to live with purpose and lead with impact. Through dynamic workshops, hands-on training, and practical cohorts, ALLI prepares you to confidently step into the leadership God has called you to.

Emotional Intelligence: Learn how to deepen your relationship with God, understand yourself and others, and navigate relationships with wisdom.
Influence & Leadership: Master the art of developing people, building strong teams, and solving problems effectively.

Classes meet weekly for 14 weeks each semester on Tuesday mornings (6:30-8:00am).
ALLI's focus is Biblical theology, emotional intelligence, and leveraging influence.
Classes are held on Tuesday mornings from 6:30-8:00 am.
ALLI runs two 14-week semesters — Fall (September–November) and Spring (January–April).
Coursework includes reading, discussion boards & projects and in-class exercises.
ALLI costs are limited to required textbooks, plus a Birkman Assessment ($140) if one has not already been completed.
