Looking for Resources for Your Family?

Many families today are looking to supplement their food situation or find a primary source of food. Others need to spend their income on utility bills and have little left for food. Abundant Life Food Pantry is here to help. There are no qualifiers, and all food and resources are given for free to those in need. We want to see the basic needs in the community met. At Abundant Life Food Pantry, you’ll find anything from milk, eggs, and meat to hygiene items.

In Lee's Summit

In Independence

  • A current utility bill, with your name and address, is required for your first visit.

The Food Pantry will be closed due to holidays on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, the day before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Ways to Donate to Abundant Life Food Pantry

Want to donate items or funds to the Abundant Life Food Pantry?
Contact us here or call the church office.

Lee’s Summit Food Pantry is open for donations on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9 am to 12 pm. Contact the church office to schedule your drop-off time at 816-554-8181.

OR

Bags By the Bumper is an opportunity to give generously and leave food pantry donations by your car's bumper on the first Sunday of each month. (Lee's Summit Campus Only). It's easy:

1. Fill a grocery bag or two with some commonly used items.

2. Set it by the bumper of your car during church service on the first Sunday of the month.
3. We will take care of the rest!

  • Dried beans (pinto, black, kidney)
  • Peanut butter
  • Jelly
  • Syrup
  • Pasta (all kinds)
  • Macaroni & cheese
  • Pancake mix
  • Ramen noodles

*No glass jars or bottles, please.

*No bulk-sized (more than 16 oz.) canned goods

Happening at Abundant Life Food Pantry

Due to winter weather, the Abundant Life Food Pantry is closed Wednesday, February 12.

Due to severe weather conditions, services will be available online only on Sunday, January 5, 2025. Your safety is important to us—please stay safe and warm at home. 

We will be streaming to YouTube and Facebook at 7:45 am, and you can watch the sermon on our website at 7:45 am, 9:30 am, and 11:20 am.
