Yes! God makes the impossible possible. As long as He is the one calling you, as long as what He has impressed on you to do is aligned to His will, then no matter how extraordinary or challenging it appears, it's possible. In Luke 1:37 Jesus promises, “For with God nothing will be impossible.”
How God Makes the Impossible Possible
The New Testament records a story of the Apostle Peter walking on water. He stepped out of the boat in faith to walk toward Jesus.
- “And Peter answered Him and said, ‘Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.’ So He said, ‘Come.’ And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.”—Matthew 14:28-29
This is an excellent illustration of doing the impossible. Scientifically, walking on water is not possible. Water is not dense enough to keep someone afloat. Buoyant force must be present to prevent a body from sinking. But Peter was able to walk on water, defying the laws of nature because Jesus said he could, and he believed Him. Unfortunately, moments later, Peter felt frightened by the winds. When fear set in, he began to sink.
The story teaches us an incredible lesson. There are so many reasons to make you doubt the possibility of what God has impressed on you to do. But you have to make a choice—believe you can do the impossible or doubt the power of God and sink into the prevailing reality.
Maybe you once believed God was calling or inspiring you to do something. But as soon as you started, challenges (winds) engulfed you, and you began to doubt your conviction. And the more you doubted, the more the challenges seemed insurmountable. However tempting, you shouldn't second guess your cause.
As Peter cried to Jesus when he began to sink, you should cry to God and ask Him to keep your faith afloat, so you can accomplish what He has called you to do.
Why Does God Make the Impossible Possible?

Sometimes, our reality is a stark contrast to the great plans God has for us. So, God delights in stepping in and making the impossible possible to refine our character, enabling us to become who He created us to be.
Increase Our Trust
Stubborn obstacles often seem to challenge the power of the Word of God working in us. But when we remain steadfast, God makes the impossible possible, solidifying our trust in Him.
Make Him Known to Others
When God does the impossible, others see His power, and there is potential for them to believe in Him. For instance, when Daniel was thrown into the lions' den (Daniel 6), God sent an angel to shut the mouths of the lions. The beasts were famished because when the enemies of Daniel were thrown in after he was lifted, and the lions crushed their bones even before they reached the floor.
But God made the impossible possible that day by shutting the lions' mouths when Daniel was thrown in. As a result, the king issued a decree that the God of Daniel must be revered throughout his kingdom.
Take Us Deeper in Our Faith
Every time God moves supernaturally in our lives, it becomes like a building block of our faith. It strengthens our faith and leads us to seek Him more.
Experience Him in New Ways
In most cases, what you think is impossible is something you have not experienced before. But when God makes it happen, it becomes an opportunity for you to experience Him in a new way.
To Receive the Glory
Throughout the Bible, God did impossible things—parting the Red Sea, bringing down the walls of Jericho, feeding the hungry—that brought Him glory. Even today, whenever God resolves an impossible situation in people's lives, it glorifies Him.
God is actively working in us to fulfill His great purposes. And in the process of getting us where we ought to be, we must be ready to witness Him making the impossible possible because that's how He operates.

Often when God calls us to do what we think is beyond us, we hesitate. One good example is Moses. When Moses was called to deliver the Israelites from slavery (Exodus 3 and 4), he had several excuses for why he was unfit for the task. The same happens to most of us. - Samuel was only a small boy when God called him (1 Samuel 3).
Your age is inconsequential in God's plan. Even if you feel intimidated or outdated because of your age, too young, you can remember the Word of God, “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity” (1 Timothy 4:12).
Why You Need to Answer the Impossible Call of God in Your Life
But why should you answer the impossible call of God in your life? Maybe you ask, “Is it worth the trouble?”
It's natural to settle in your comfort zone because that feels familiar and safe. However, your comfort zone is an enemy of growth. You can only achieve so much by settling for the ordinary.
God desires that everyone takes the challenge of responding to the impossible call because it's a call of growth and perfection in Christ. It's in answering the call that you get refined to become who God created you to be. Answering God's calling enables you to…
